Terms of Services

PLEASE READ THE TOS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME!

I am not responsible for any inconvenience that might occur if you choose to not read my TOS. By commissioning me, you are by default agreeing to these terms, so it is important that you read them. If you have any questions, please reach out to my email: [email protected]

Commissioning me, the artist, you agree to the following:

- Prices are NON NEGOTIABLE
- All Commissions must be purchased through my KO-FI.
- You, the client, are at least 18 years old or older.
- Commissions are non-refundable upon completion. There are no additional payments for minor changes//adjustments.
- I have the right to refuse your commission.
- I will not draw images exploiting minors, depiction drug use, abuse, rape, self harm, racism, sexism, homophobia, or anything inappropriate or offensive.
- Clients may request WIPs of their commissions.
- Clients are prohibited from re-selling without artist consent. Commercial work must be discussed with the artist prior to purchasing.
- Clients are prohibited from claiming the work is their own and editing.
- Clients are not prohibited from using the work as their social media banners/profile pictures as long as credit is given.
